OutfitDay Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026. This version takes effect upon its first public publication.

1. Service and operator

OutfitDay is provided by 北京简豆科技有限公司 (Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd.). Contact: anjie@jiandou.com. These terms cover wardrobe management, garment entry, outfit suggestions, wear records and related membership. Personal information is addressed separately in the Privacy Policy. Please review and accept the relevant terms before registering or purchasing.

2. Age and accounts

The service is primarily for users aged 16 and over. People under 16 should not independently register or submit personal information. Users below the local age of majority must meet local use and purchase requirements, including guardian permission where necessary. Protect your credentials; do not impersonate others or access their wardrobes without authorization.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You retain your lawful rights in uploaded photos, garment information and outfits. You authorize us and necessary service providers to process content only to the extent and for the period needed to save, display, synchronize and perform recognition you request. This does not grant us permission for public promotion, content sales or training our own AI models. If you choose AI recognition, processing of inputs and outputs by the official DeepSeek API is described in the Privacy Policy and the provider’s applicable rules. Following deletion or closure, only lawful and necessary processing may continue.

Ensure you have rights to upload content and avoid other people’s or children’s personal information. Software and interface rights are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited personal-use license. Statutory exceptions for research, interoperability or other lawful activities are not improperly restricted.

4. Use and suggestions

Do not infringe rights, distribute illegal content, attack systems, bypass reasonable quotas or unlawfully obtain data. AI garment attributes, weather and outfit suggestions may be inaccurate or outdated; check them and exercise judgment. Suggestions are not health or safety guarantees. We remain responsible for applicable contractual and statutory service-quality requirements.

5. Membership and payments

Current membership is sold through Apple in-app purchases. Price, currency, period, features, capacity and recognition quotas are disclosed before purchase. See the Subscription Terms for renewal and cancellation. Apple confirms purchases and membership follows verified valid Apple entitlements; quotas reflect actual usage. We must not require duplicate payment for the same confirmed valid purchase as a remedy for service failure.

6. Changes, suspension and termination

Maintenance and material changes should be notified in advance where reasonably practicable. Restrictions for unlawful activity, serious breach or security incidents must be appropriate and necessary, with reasons and an appeal channel where lawful and practicable. If paid services end or purchased benefits are materially reduced, applicable performance, refund or other remedies remain available; unilateral changes do not remove existing obligations. You may stop using the service or request closure; first cancel Apple subscriptions separately and save needed content.

7. Liability and consumer rights

Each party is responsible as required by applicable law and their conduct. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury and statutory remedies for nonconforming digital services. You are not unconditionally responsible for every loss, fine or legal fee; liability and recoverable costs depend on law and facts.

8. Law, disputes and amendments

PRC law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection in your place of residence. Your statutory local complaint, court and jurisdiction rights remain available; overseas consumers are not universally required to sue only where our company is located. You may first contact anjie@jiandou.com without losing legal remedies.

Material amendments will receive reasonable advance notice and consent where required. Changes cannot retrospectively reduce purchased services or accrued rights. Invalid provisions do not invalidate other lawful terms. Required local-language disclosures and regional protections prevail; no language version reduces mandatory rights.
