These terms supplement the OutfitDay Terms of Use, provided by 北京简豆科技有限公司 (Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd.). The current App offers monthly and yearly Apple auto-renewable membership. The purchase screen and Apple confirmation show the actual period, price, currency, taxes and benefits. These terms do not replace clear pre-purchase disclosures and your purchase confirmation.
We provide prominent renewal notices before acceptance and before renewal where required by applicable law, including the renewal date, charge and cancellation method as required. Notices do not replace your purchase confirmation or Apple subscription management.
Apple charges your Apple Account through in-app purchase. The subscription renews for the selected period unless canceled before renewal. Apple generally initiates renewal charges within 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to its applicable account rules and notices. This does not authorize us to debit arbitrary bank cards, carrier accounts or other payment channels.
Trials and offers exist only when expressly displayed. Eligibility, offer length, subsequent price and renewal period must be shown before purchase. A trial may convert to paid service; cancel by Apple’s displayed deadline, preferably at least 24 hours before a free or discounted trial ends. Price changes follow applicable law and Apple’s notice and consent process. Continued use does not replace express consent required by law.
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OutfitDay → Cancel Subscription. You may also use Apple’s subscription management page. Cancel before the next renewal, observing the deadline and effect shown by Apple. Cancellation generally prevents later renewals while paid access continues through the current period, except for refunds, revocation or applicable law. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting an App account does not cancel a subscription.
Use the Apple Account used for the original purchase and Restore Purchases in the App to recover valid access; avoid duplicate purchases. Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple evaluates requests under its process and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed.
There is no blanket no-refund rule. Local withdrawal, cooling-off, nonconforming digital service and other statutory refund rights remain available. Where local law permits loss of withdrawal rights for immediate digital supply, all required express requests, notices, consents and acknowledgments must be obtained; accepting these terms alone is not a waiver.
Membership follows verified valid transactions. Expiry, refund or revocation may end corresponding benefits. Free and paid quotas follow pre-purchase disclosures and actual counts. If charged without receiving valid benefits, restore purchases or contact anjie@jiandou.com instead of repeatedly paying. Service disruption, material reduction or withdrawal of purchased service remains subject to applicable remedies. Mandatory local consumer protections are preserved.
