Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms of Service
The ownership and operation rights of the WeightList belong to Beijing Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiandou Technology" or "we"). Using WeightList products and services will be deemed as your agreement to the following terms of use.
The WeightList is for personal, non-commercial use only. If you want to sell the WeightList or any materials, services, or software related to or derived from the WeightList, you must obtain permission from Jiandou Technology. If you have any comments or suggestions for improving the WeightList, you can submit them to us. Please note that by doing so, you also grant Jiandou Technology and third parties the right to use and incorporate your suggestions or comments into the WeightList (or third-party software) free of charge.
You acknowledge that Jiandou Technology owns all rights to the WeightList, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" refer to all rights stipulated in laws such as patent law, copyright law, trademark law, and anti-unfair competition law, as well as all applications, updates, extensions, and restorations thereof, whether now or in the future, implemented and effective worldwide. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the WeightList. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices of Jiandou Technology or any third party.
Respecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of Jiandou Technology. Therefore, Jiandou Technology will generally not disclose, edit, or reveal your registration information or non-public content stored in Jiandou Technology's services, unless Jiandou Technology believes in good faith that disclosing this information is necessary in the following situations:

This policy explains how the WeightList will handle your personal information and protect your privacy when you use its related services. You agree to use your data in compliance with the WeightList's privacy policy.
Jiandou Technology reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate services at any time without notice to the user. You accept that Jiandou Technology exercises the right to change, interrupt, or terminate services without being liable to you or any third party.
You understand and agree to download and use the WeightList and all third-party software provided with or through the WeightList at your own discretion and risk, and you shall be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the download or use of the WeightList and such third-party software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jiandou Technology expressly disclaims any other type of warranty, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties and liabilities of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and freedom from viruses and errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jiandou Technology and its licensors will not represent or warrant to you that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jiandou Technology shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims (including but not limited to damages for personal injury, loss of privacy, failure to perform any duty including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, and any other monetary or other losses) arising from or in any way related to the user's use of the WeightList. The act of uploading by the user implies that the user or the user's agent, the copyright holder, authorizes Jiandou Technology and its affiliated companies to store the content on Jiandou Technology's servers, but the user or the original copyright holder still retains the copyright of the uploaded work, and Jiandou Technology shall not publish the uploaded work on other public channels without the permission of the user or the original copyright holder. If your use of the WeightList involves services provided by other companies of Jiandou Technology or its affiliates, you should also comply with the corresponding terms of service.
You agree to indemnify and defend the interests of Jiandou Technology and to be responsible for paying legal fees, compensation for damages, government penalties, and other infringement compensation fees arising from your violation of these terms of service or other service terms of Jiandou Technology.
The above terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, you and Jiandou Technology shall negotiate a solution. If the negotiation is unsuccessful, it is unanimously agreed to submit the dispute to the people's court in the location of Jiandou Technology.
