Thank you for becoming a member of WeightList.
This agreement is considered a supplementary agreement to the "WeightList User Agreement" and is an integral part of it, forming a unified whole with it. If there is any conflict between these rules and the "WeightList User Agreement", this agreement shall prevail. Your use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of the terms of this service agreement, including any modifications made by Beijing Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd. to this service agreement at any time.
1. The activation of the continuous monthly (or annual) membership service is an automatic membership renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have already activated the WeightList membership service. If you activate this service, you are deemed to have authorized Beijing Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd. to deduct the next billing cycle's monthly (or annual) fee from your own top-up account, third-party payment account bound to the member account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle of your WeightList membership. The prerequisite for this service is that you have bound your WeightList member account to the above-mentioned accounts and can successfully deduct funds from them. For the selected payment channel, you are obliged to pay regular attention and ensure that there is a sufficient balance under the account of that payment method to meet the application of the continuous monthly (or annual) service. If the continuous monthly (or annual) service cannot be applied due to the aforementioned defects (including but not limited to: insufficient balance, insufficient balance to meet the user's choice of multiple continuous monthly services), Beijing Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate your membership service without further notice. If you choose to cancel the continuous monthly (or annual) service, you need to unsubscribe 24 hours before the end of the current membership billing cycle, otherwise the system will still automatically renew the membership for the next month (or year). Unless the user violates national laws and regulations or the provisions of these terms of service, the user can choose to unsubscribe from the continuous monthly (or annual) service, but the service fee for the current month (or year) of activation cannot be refunded.
2. If you choose the continuous monthly (or annual) service, you can suspend or terminate this service in the following ways: For Apple in-app purchases (IAP payment, in-app purchase), the method to unsubscribe from automatic renewal is as follows: Open "Settings" on your Apple phone -> Go to "iTunes Store & App Store" -> Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and cancel the "WeightList Member Service" subscription.
3. As the WeightList membership service is a digital product used online, the fees you pay are not in the nature of prepayments, deposits, or down payments, but are the price of the digital product. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise stated by WeightList, the membership service is non-refundable once activated.
4. Beijing Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to adjust the term, price, and related content of the existing continuous monthly membership according to user needs, product and service content changes, etc., to continuously improve and optimize the service.
