These Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms explain how paid subscription plans work for TendPaw ("TendPaw," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement the TendPaw Terms of Use. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Use, these Subscription Terms apply to your paid subscription.
TendPaw Plus is an optional paid upgrade that may unlock additional features, such as more pets, more care tasks, expanded record history, weight trend charts, care templates, advanced repeat reminders, export features, and a multi-pet family calendar. The exact features available to you are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may change as the App evolves.
TendPaw may offer auto-renewable subscription plans, such as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. The subscription period, price, and included features are displayed in the App and in Apple's purchase confirmation screen before you complete your purchase.
TendPaw may also offer a one-time Lifetime purchase. A Lifetime purchase is not an auto-renewable subscription and does not renew automatically.
Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, unless auto-renewal has been turned off. The renewal price will be shown to you by Apple and may vary by country, region, tax rules, currency, promotional offer, or App Store pricing changes.
You can manage or cancel your TendPaw subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select TendPaw, and follow the instructions shown by Apple.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple subscription settings if you want to stop automatic renewal.
If TendPaw offers a free trial or promotional subscription offer, the offer terms will be shown in the App and in Apple's purchase confirmation screen. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or promotional period ends, your subscription may automatically renew as a paid subscription.
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund rules and review process. We do not control Apple's refund decisions. You can request a refund from Apple through Apple's official refund process.
We may change TendPaw Plus features, plan options, or pricing from time to time. Material subscription price changes will be handled through Apple and may require your consent as required by Apple's rules or applicable law.
Paid features may depend on App Store availability, device compatibility, iOS version, network availability, notification permissions, and your Apple ID purchase status. Some features may not be available in all regions or on all devices.
