Last Updated: June 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TendPaw ("TendPaw," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. TendPaw is operated by Jiandou Technology Co., Ltd.

We designed TendPaw as a local-first pet care organizer. The App helps you store pet profiles, care tasks, reminders, records, photos, and weight information on your device.

1. Information You May Provide or Store in the App

Depending on how you use TendPaw, you may enter or store information such as:

2. Local-First Storage

TendPaw currently stores pet profiles, care tasks, care records, and selected photos on your device. We do not currently operate a TendPaw account system or our own cloud server for this App.

If you delete the App, erase your device, or do not maintain a backup, locally stored information may be lost. If future versions add cloud sync or account features, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

3. Photo Library Access

If you choose to add a pet photo, the App may ask for access to your photo library. We use this access only so you can select a pet profile image. We do not use photo access for advertising or tracking.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, TendPaw uses iOS notification features to schedule pet care reminders on your device. You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings. Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, iOS behavior, Focus modes, and other factors.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase TendPaw Plus or another paid feature, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We may receive limited information from Apple or StoreKit needed to confirm your purchase status and unlock paid features. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

6. How We Use Information

We use information handled by the App to:

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your pet care information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may share or process limited information in the following situations:

8. Analytics and Tracking

As of the Last Updated date above, TendPaw is designed without third-party advertising tracking. If we add analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, advertising, or similar services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required App Store privacy disclosures.

9. Data Retention

Information stored locally in the App remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, delete the App, or erase your device. Support emails or other communications you send to us may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can access, edit, or delete many types of pet care information directly inside the App. You can also manage photo permissions and notification permissions in iOS Settings.

Depending on where you live, including certain U.S. states, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain types of processing, such as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. TendPaw does not sell personal information or use pet care information for targeted advertising as described in this Policy.
